Orange and Black Wings Drape Vase

inspired by butterflies in my garden. 

This Drape Vase is a beautriful addition to any home decor.  It makes a special, unique, artisan made gift. 

The artistic process:  I started with a orange transparent glass and a glass made of black and clear swirls.  These were cut into 2 circles and then fired to a full fuse temperature.    The final step is to drape the glass over a stainless steel cone shape to create this unique shaped vase.   The bottom is ground to create a smooth stable bottom for display
