Wanda’s nature-inspired glass artwork combines her passion for world adventures, hiking and kayaking with imaginative, innovative, colorful and sometimes functional glass art. Wanda manipulates and forms glass into shapes with heat, flow, dimension, patterns and texture bringing vibrant colors to life.
Wanda applies the same creativity and innovative solutions to her glass creations as she did during her career as a technology executive. Wanda’s journey as a glass artist started with a desire to understand how the glass art in her home collection was made. After an extensive introduction, she was fascinated with the science of glass, the technology and skill required to achieve endless creative possibilities. Wanda continued her training with many well-known glass artists from around the world. She spends extensive time studying, experimenting and creating. |

In addition to fine art sculptures and wall hangings, Wanda creates vessels, bowls, vases, tableware, garden art and jewelry. Wanda showcases her kiln-formed glass art in Art Galleries, Juried Art Shows and Booth Art Fairs. Wanda’s work has won awards at exhibitions and art fairs and is included in several international collections. She resides and kayaks at Raintree Lake in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with her husband. |
