Bubbles

Inspiration:  Bubbles... whether in the sea or elsewhere are mesmerizing.  

The curved sculpture looks great on its own, in a window or as a candle screen with a candle behind it.  

Artistic Process: The background is glass made with transparent blue glass with a clear glass on top.  A glass lace was made in a separate firing and then was tack fired to the background.  The final firing was to form the glass into its curved shape with the bottom ground so it stands level and stable.
