This Votive holder is a beautiful addition to any home décor. The light reflects through the texture and colors. It makes a special, unique, artisan made gift.
The artistic process: I layered black, green and orange in a pattern then melted it at high temperatures then cut the glass up into small sizes and fired into pebbles and cabochons that had black, green and orange swirls. I then melted all the "pebbles" together in a dammed shape. Then I ground glass in the same colors and added to the edges for a lacy rim was fired in the kiln. The final step is to drape the glass over a stainless steel cone shape creating this open handkerchief shape.
