This platter is perfect for serving appetizers, crackers, and other food. It also looks great on display. Versatile and food safe.
Artistic Process: This platter was made by hand cutting orange transparent glass and clear glass to size I cut a strip out of the orange transparent glass and inserted a strip of glass that I created that is a pattern of colors with a bit water color effect. The clear glass was cut and placed on top and then I added a bit more fun and color with "glass confetti" sprinkled around the design which also added depth to the colors. These are fired to a full fuse to make them smooth and food safe The final step was to form into the shape of a platter with wavy edges.
