This vase has swirls reds, oranges, whites with a red lacy rim will be a beautiful addition to any home decor. It also makes a special, unique, artisan made gift.
The artistic process: I started by designing glass with swirls of reds, oranges and white, then added ground red glass of different sizes along the edges. These were fired to a tack fuse. This glass is draped over a stainless steel cone shape to create this unique shaped vase. The base was kilncasted.
